About Parkway Estates in Plano, Texas

Parkway Estates of Plano, Texas is a residential area bounded on the north by Wyeth Drive; on the east by Wilshire Drive; on the south by Nantucket Drive; and on the west by Coit Road.

Parkway Estates Homeowners Association (PEHA) was formed for the purpose of assuring the continued beauty, safety, and stability of the area and to promote pride and communication among the 325 residential homes. The Association assists in maintaining an exclusive residential character, property value appreciation, safeguarding of property rights and the promotion of social activities.

Besides adding to the quality of life for the residents of Parkway Estates, a strong and active homeowners association helps to ensure an awareness of issues which may affect our property values and safety. We hope you will join us in keeping Parkway Estates one of the very best neighborhoods in Plano. We also want to formally welcome all new residents and hope each of you finds caring neighbors and a friendly atmosphere that add so much to the quality of life here in Parkway Estates.

We are permitted to water a maximum of twice per week.

  • Even addresses can water on Mondays and Thursdays only
  • Odd addresses can water on Tuesdays and Fridays only
  • It is best NOT to water during the hours of 10AM and 6PM as these are the hottest hours of the day

Apr 29
Neighborhood Garage Sale (8AM - 4PM)
The PEHA annual neighborhood garage sale is scheduled for Saturday, April 29, 8AM to 4PM (RAIN or SHINE).

We will run an ad in the Dallas Morning News prior to this event. There is no cost to participate; however, the City requires that all participants get a garage sale permit, which is FREE. You can get a permit online by clicking on this link, or you can go to the Westside Office (Davis Library/Joint Use Facility Building Inspections at 7501-A Independence Pkwy in Plano). You can display your garage sale items either in your garage or in your front yard. You keep the dollars from all items sold.

All garage sale signs must be posted on YOUR property unless you get permission from your neighbors to post a sign on their property. The City can issue fines if this Ordinance is not followed. If you participate in this garage sale, please encourage all shoppers to NOT block the alleys.
